More Information From Q-Tip. He’s a Fountain of Information. Just Like the All-You-Can-Eat Pizza and Pasta Buffett at Flip’s Pizzeria. Except Instead of Pasta, It’s a Show About a Crazy Guy and His Roomies. The Diet Soda is Still Diet Soda, Though. No Simile There.

Television series You, Me & That Guy, which starred John Cho, James Roday, Dominic Monaghan and Jon Dore, appears to the be the first casualty in mid-season cancellations. Multiple sources confirm that the show has been axed by producer/Devil Ray Network head Quantum.

“It was a good run. But at the end of the day, the stories just aren’t there,” Quantum commented at a press conference earlier today. “We started off strong, but the show can only to get weaker, in terms of story, from here on in.”

When asked about the cast, Quantum stated “The cast was amazing. Every one of them did a great job in their respective roles, especially Jon Dore and James Roday, who just nailed their parts.”

Actor James Roday, on the other hand, was not as pleased as his former employer.

“I thought that I was one of his favs” the Psych star pondered. “We’ve got a lineup of projects that should keep us together for some time. But if he cancels one thing, what’s to stop him from cancelling another? I don’t know. I’m just going to have to do some thinking about all this.”

When asked about what is going to replace You, Me & That Guy, Quantum smiled and stated “On Set.”

Although On Set isn’t a ratings hit, it does have over 12 episodes produced. That means when/if syndication comes, On Set would be eligible for it.

On Set currently doesn’t have a scheduled time, but rumors are circulating that it could take the 11:00, 9:30 or 8:30 slot.

UPDATE: A disgruntled James Roday was seen being escorted from the DRTV building earlier today by security guards. Mr. Roday or Quantum have not been able to comment as of this writing.
