Wrestling Fan Dispenses TCW Rumors

Wrestleboy is pumped to give you the latest in wrasslin’ rumors

My friends at What’s Happening in HTG Town are letting me do something on my most favorite thing in the whole wide world — professional wrestling. Here we have just the one outlet for our wrestling bug — Total Championship Wrestling. It’s run by Lucian over at Ship of Fooles. He obviously digs wrestling and he’d doing a great job bringing it to the fans here in HTG.

However — I hear that there might be another wrestling federation coming to town! Can this be true? How could another group possibly have half the success of TCW? A wait and see on that one. You know how rumors are.

I just heard that meanie Hawaiian Bryan is upset at the naming of competitor BLZ Bubb. As if Bryan has cause to complain — he stirs up most of the problems in TCW. Anyway, someone told me that they’re thinking of changing BLZ’s name to something like Behemoth. That would be cool. Then I think Behemoth should choke slam Hawaiian Bryan through the mat. Yup, that’s what I think.

Law and Order might have lost their belts, but I hear there’s big plans in their future. Ever since Jerry Orbach died, they’re not the same. Hahahahaha. Ooh! I just shot juice out of my nose!

Back to that cheater Hawaiian Bryan, it doesn’t make sense to me that he was able to put Randy Orton down like he did. Orton’s tough. You know what? I think it’s all a scheme. A scheme by Bryan and Orton to trick someone at an upcoming PPV. I’m going to keep my eyes on Orton, Bryan and his new partner JGraham.

Someone told me that Lucian’s in talks with Pam Anderson to do another show or two for TCW. If she talks about her PETA stuff again, I’ll just go get some of my brother’s jerky. That’ll teach her.

Can it be? Kyle Rhodes gone as color commentator? A very reliable source told me that Raven, Scott Levy to his mom and dad, is taking over the spot. Man, there’s going to be trouble there. With a capital T and that rhymes with B and that stands for Beef Wellington.

All right, I have to go. Thanks to the guys at What’s Happening for letting me do this. See you at the matches!

The TCW Excessive Force PPV is currently in theatres.

Do You Remember…?

After just three broadcasts, have we seen the last of the audio segments known as HTG Radio? The answer is a no, according to DJ Marlowe.

“I know that I’m long overdue for a new one. It’s been three months. I actually had one done in December, but most everything in it was outdated by the time it came to record. I didn’t think putting that one out was necessary. Then, with the holidays, I let a new one slip by. Here it is, approaching late January. I guess I should get one together.”

When asked if he had any ideas for the next broadcast, Marlowe wasn’t certain.

“I’ll troll the message boards, chat room and what-not to see if any ideas hit me. I’m sure that if I’m sent ideas, reports or even audio for the next broadcast, that would speed things along.”

The past episodes of HTG Radio may be heard here.

Update on Purple Piece

A recent posting in Happ mentioned the confusion about the upcoming Kaven Productions film To the Edge. It was mentioned that a new drink made people become “violet and unreasonable”. Since this information was in two locations, the reporter assumed that it was accurate. Thanks to a new ad for the film, we now believe that it should be “violent”, not “violet”.

“Well, that makes more sense” commented a member of the Happening staff. “I wonder why no one from Flip Brothers or Kaven Productions sent word to correct the article. We made a Willy Wonka comparison. You’d think that’s not what they intended, but no, not a peep from them. Hmm.”

So, the corrected summation of To the Edge is: “When a new type of alcohol emerges, fresh from another country, America loves it. They love it, until, they find it out causes the consumer to become extremely violent and unreasonable, starting a chain of murders, and an all-out outbreak.”

“I hope the film does well,” continued the staffer. “It sounds pretty interesting. I just wish they’d read Happening more and get with us on this stuff. Kinda makes a person blush.”

To the Edge, a Flip Brothers Studio release of a Kaven Productions film and directed by Alex Aja, opens January 30.
