Hey, He Was Joe Dirt. He Had a Mullet Wig. How Much Cooler Do You Need?

The Good, The Bad and The Harmer actor David Spade is doing his best to quiet some rumors traveling around HTG Hollywood.
“Hey,” began the former SNL player, “I keep getting asked if I started a fight in the back room of Club Siberia. Trust me, I didn’t. That’s not my style. But now, thanks to the rumors, people assume that I did. I can’t get into the back room any longer. I can’t get a reservation at Flip Brothers Pizza or any other fine dining establishments in the city. I tell you, it’s rough. And it’s all because of these false rumors. I feel like Jessica Simpson being denied a Country Music Awards nomination. It’s not right.”
Although David Spade is not known for his bar room brawling, it’s not that kind of fight that is the subject of the hearsay. It’s pie fighting. Recent episodes of pies being thrown into the face of Club Siberia patrons have been reported. Club Siberia management, however, denies any such incidents.
“Hey, come on downtown to the club and check it out” offered Club Siberia’s manager Honolulu Lou Baxter. “You won’t see any pies being thrown. Not on my watch. I wouldn’t put up with that tomfoolery.”
And for David Spade’s inability to enter the club’s backroom?
“He’s just a little behind on his drink tab” explained Lou. “Once he gets caught up, we’ll let him back in. Maybe someone out there should give him another role. I hear the people behind those Harmer shows is offering something new. Perhaps in that.”
