Maybe Directors Should Pack Cattle Prods

It seems that dating the producer of the movie you’re making does have its perks. Rumors have it that actress Summer Glau made outrageous demands during the production of Eighth Circle.

“She acted like a diva during the shoot,” commented an anonymous crew worker. “She was always a pain. She’d show up late every day, then take her time getting ready. I guess going out at night with the producer ’slash’ studio chief of a movie was more important than actually working on the film. Every hour she’d demand four pieces of original KFC chicken. She needed one breast, two legs and a wing. One time someone accidentally gave her a thigh and she locked herself in her trailer for three hours. It was insane.”

Production did find an end, however. The much-anticipated post-apocalyptic feature is scheduled for March 7. Calls to Nu/Art Films concerning the relationship between Mark Chua and Summer Glau were not returned as of press time.
