Look what $300 Million Can Buy

Compiled by the Happening staff, here are the top ten reasons why Mark Chua’s new mansion is better than where you live:

10) The lot is shaped like a triangle. Rectangular lots are for squares.
9) It has a bowling alley, complete with a trained monkey in a Boston Bruins jersey resetting the pins.
8) Home security? Meet Home, Garbage, Disposal and Unit… four very teethy sharks swimming in the mansion’s shark tank.
7) He still has a ton of cash in his bank account. He has so much, he doesn’t know what to do with it. Maybe he’ll buy a Scooby Doo clock for his bedroom. One with the glowing eyes, so he can see when he gets up in the middle of the night to fix himself a sandwich.
6) The mansion holds a limited edition print of Josh Nesi. ‘Nuff said.
5) Vin Diesel and Judi Dench enjoy playing Dungeons and Dragons in the gaming area on the first floor. Watch out, Dame Dench likes those chaotic neutral characters. She’s nuts that way.
4) Look at all of those pets! If DCE can have cars, Mark has to collect something, too.
3) Mark can see the classic car lot from the top floor of his new home. That gives him choice opportunities to see what’s new at the dealership.
2) Did I mention Judi Dench in a bathing suit at the hot tub? That’s even better security. She does play M in the Bond movies, after all.
1) Mark Chua lives there!

  2. When’s the house warming party? Huh? Huh? Nothing says “welcome to the neighborhood” like Judi Dench in a bathing suit. :)

  3. Nice home, but the bastard still has the Speed cycle from Return of the Jedi … it belongs in my garage. The welcher!
